Hi, I’m Andi. 🖤💕

My Favorite Weight Loss Tips

Protein first. It keeps me full and helps me stay consistent.
Don’t make “diet food.” Make better versions of foods you already love.
• Convenience matters more than perfection.
Keep easy staples in the house for hard days.
• Consistency beats motivation every single time.

Weight Care & GLP-1 Support

I lost my first 100 pounds through lifestyle changes, learning portion control, rebuilding my relationship with food, and creating high-protein versions of the meals I already loved.

Later, I lost another 60 pounds with the help of tirzepatide, which also helped me manage inflammation, insulin resistance, and fibromyalgia symptoms alongside my weight loss journey.

I believe in realistic, sustainable change, using every safe tool available, and finding what works for your body without shame or perfectionism.

💕The Real Damn Favorites 🖤

Seeq Watermelon Clear Protein

Gourmia Air Fryer

SEEQ has honestly been one of my favorite ways to hit my protein and water goals without feeling like I’m drinking another heavy milkshake. 💧💪

My favorite flavors are Watermelon and Blue Raz, and I keep them in my giant emotional-support water bottle mixed with Wholesome Wellness collagen for extra protein support while recovering from injuries and ligament damage.

Ghost Cinnobon Protein

Ghost Cinnabon is hands down one of my favorite protein powders for Ninja Creami ice cream. 🍦💕

It tastes like cinnamon rolls and bad decisions somehow got accepted into a fitness program together. 😂

The flavor actually stays strong after freezing, which is rare, and it makes the creami ridiculously thick and creamy without tasting “healthy.” That’s important because I refuse to suffer through sad protein desserts pretending to be ice cream.

I use it constantly for:
• cinnamon roll ice cream
• cheesecake-style flavors
• Oreo mixes
• peanut butter combinations
• late-night protein goblin emergencies 💀

This is one of the few proteins I rebuy over and over because it genuinely tastes GOOD.

64 oz  Emotional Support Bottle

Honestly, this 64 oz water bottle ended up being one of those random “why do I suddenly rely on this every single day?” purchases. 💕

It was affordable, easy to carry around, and held enough water to actually get me through the day without constantly refilling it. The time markers/reminder lines were surprisingly helpful too, especially on busy days when I’d forget to drink water while working, recovering, or running around to appointments.

I love that it’s big enough to help me stay on track with hydration goals without feeling ridiculously oversized or impossible to carry. The handle makes it way easier to haul around than most giant bottles, and it quickly became one of my everyday “emotional support” essentials. 💧

This Gourmia air fryer honestly started as a survival purchase when we were temporarily living in a hotel because of mold damage, and it ended up becoming one of the most-used appliances in my kitchen. 💕

At first it was just about convenience and trying to make decent meals in a stressful situation, but now I use it constantly for healthier cooking, quick protein meals, meal prep, roasted veggies, crispy wraps, and all my random “throw something together and hope for the best” kitchen moments. 😂

It’s one of those appliances that genuinely made healthy eating easier because it cuts cooking time down so much and makes comfort food feel less overwhelming to prepare.

Sometimes the weird emergency purchases end up becoming your everyday staples. 💀

Evloop Egg Cooker

One of my favorite lazy high-protein hacks ever has honestly been this egg cooker. 🥚💕

I use hard boiled eggs constantly to replace chips and crackers when I want something filling without inhaling an entire snack cabinet. 😂

I’ll put egg salad on them, buffalo chicken dip, chicken salad, tuna, cottage cheese mixes, literally whatever protein chaos I have in the fridge that day.

Join weight Care

Weight Care has been one of the tools that genuinely helped support my weight loss and wellness journey alongside high-protein meals, consistency, movement, and rebuilding my relationship with food. 💕

I appreciate that the process felt realistic, supportive, and focused on long-term health instead of crash dieting and misery. As someone who has lost over 160 pounds, convenience and sustainability matter more to me than perfection ever did.

I’m all about finding tools that make healthy living feel more manageable in real life, and for me, Weight Care became one of those tools. 🫶💪If your ready to take advantage of these tools . USE Code LOSEWITHANDI to save on your journey.

Planet Fitness

Planet Fitness became one of the places that helped me slowly rebuild confidence in my body again during weight loss and recovery. 💜

What I appreciated most was the no-judgment, pressure-free environment. I didn’t feel like I had to look a certain way, lift a certain amount, or pretend to have everything figured out just to belong there.

Some days my workouts were strong. Some days I was exhausted, injured, emotional, or just trying to show up at all. But having a place that felt approachable instead of intimidating made consistency so much easier for me.

Recovery, strength, and confidence don’t happen overnight. Sometimes they start with just walking through the door. 🫶💪

Ninja Creami

The Ninja Creami has honestly been one of my favorite tools for making high-protein eating feel enjoyable instead of miserable. 💕

On days when pain flares, exhaustion, recovery, or stress make eating feel difficult, having something cold, easy, comforting, and packed with protein has made a huge difference for me.

I use it constantly to make lower-calorie, high-protein ice creams using things like Fairlife milk, protein powders, pudding mix, fruit, cereal mix-ins, and whatever chaotic flavor idea my brain comes up with that week. 😂

It’s one of the few kitchen gadgets I genuinely use all the time because it helps make consistency easier without feeling restrictive or boring. And honestly? Sometimes protein ice cream is just easier than trying to force down another full meal during a rough day. 💖

Sports Rabbit Water Bottle Carrier

This water bottle carrier has honestly been one of those random little purchases that ended up making a huge difference for me. 💕

After my injuries and surgeries, carrying a giant water bottle everywhere one-handed was NOT the easiest thing in the world, especially trying to balance recovery, appointments, gym trips, and everyday life.

This made it so much easier to keep my water with me consistently without fighting with awkward handles, dropping bottles, or carrying everything like an overworked raccoon. 😂

It’s simple, but it genuinely helped me stay on top of hydration while recovering and rebuilding strength, and now I use it constantly.

This water bottle carrier has honestly been one of those random little purchases that ended up making a huge difference for me. 💕
