❤️Follow The Chaos, See What Andi is Up To❤️

Welcome to Follow the Chaos

Welcome to Follow The Chaos, the little corner of the internet where recovery, comfort food, real life, and complete exhaustion somehow learned to coexist. I’m Andi, a single mom, protein-obsessed comfort food creator, chronic chaos coordinator, and survivor of enough plot twists to qualify for my own Netflix warning label.

Around here, you’ll find high-protein comfort food, realistic weight loss, autism mom life, healing after injury, giant Saint Bernard energy, and the kind of humor that usually develops after life dropkicks you a few times.

Looking for food? Start with my Recipes collection, where you’ll find everything from high-protein comfort meals to sweet treats that somehow survived my kitchen experiments. Curious about the cookbook? Take a peek at Reclaiming Flavor, my journey through weight loss, recovery, and learning that healthy food doesn’t have to taste like punishment. Want to know what products actually make it into my kitchen and daily life? Browse Andi’s Must-Haves for my favorite snacks, supplements, kitchen finds, and recovery essentials.

This isn’t a perfectly curated influencer fantasy. It’s messy, honest, funny, comforting, and very real. So grab a snack, stalk the recipes, follow the chaos, and officially join the damn family.

📖 Reclaiming Flavor, My Cookbook ❤️

If you’ve ever wanted comfort food that actually works for your goals, Reclaiming Flavor is the book I built from scratch during the hardest season of my life. High-protein comfort meals, recovery-friendly favorites, and real food for real people — no perfection required. It’s on Amazon and I’m genuinely proud of every single recipe in it. Grab your copy and let me know what you make first. 💕

💊 My GLP-1 Journey ❤️

I lost my first 100 pounds through lifestyle changes alone, then another 60 with the support of tirzepatide while managing fibromyalgia, injury recovery, and insulin resistance. If you’re curious about GLP-1 medications and want support from someone who has actually lived it, not just sold it. Check out Join WeightCare here. Real talk, no fluff, just what actually worked for me. 💕

🐾 THE REAL DAMN FAMILY

This space is for the people rebuilding themselves in real time.
Recovery, wellness, comfort food, motivation, laughs, chaos, pets, late-night thoughts, high-protein living, and yes… plenty of really damn good food along the way.    Some days we cook. Some days we survive on caffeine and sarcasm. Either way, you belong here. 🖤
