Vanilla Bean Chocolate Covered Strawberry Protein Ice Cream

How to Make Protein Ice Cream in the Ninja Creami
If you’ve been searching for a protein ice cream recipe that doesn’t taste like someone whispered “strawberry” into a block of ice, you’ve officially found it. This Chocolate Covered Strawberry Protein Ninja Creami is creamy, packed with real strawberry flavor, loaded with chocolatey goodness, and somehow still delivers 34 grams of protein per serving. I don’t ask a lot from dessert, but tasting like dessert is pretty high on the list.
Every bite tastes like a chocolate-covered strawberry took a vacation inside a pint of vanilla ice cream. It’s rich, creamy, ridiculously satisfying, and proof that eating more protein doesn’t mean you have to break up with your sweet tooth. Honestly, the hardest part of this recipe is pretending you’re only making it for “meal prep.”

Notes
Andi's Tip
Don't skip the pinch of sea salt. It sounds strange in strawberry ice cream, but it helps balance the sweetness and makes the vanilla, cheesecake, and strawberry flavors pop.
